GenPeptide.com is operated by Debonaire LLC d/b/a GP Research. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and handled once in transit.

01Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST on a business day will generally ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

Processing times may be affected by holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

02Shipping Methods and Carriers

Domestic Shipping

Domestic orders are shipped primarily via UPS. In certain circumstances, we may use alternative carriers, such as USPS or FedEx, when deemed appropriate based on package size, weight, destination, or service availability.

The following shipping options may be available at checkout:

Standard Shipping Free $200+
We select the most appropriate carrier and service method, most commonly UPS Ground.
UPS 2nd Day Air
Two-business-day delivery to most U.S. destinations.
UPS Next Day Air
Shipments will be fulfilled using either UPS Next Day Air or UPS Next Day Air Saver at our discretion, based on cost efficiency and service availability, while meeting the applicable delivery timeframe for this service level.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.

We reserve the right to use an alternative carrier when necessary. If a different carrier is selected, we will choose a service with delivery timeframes equivalent to the shipping option selected at checkout.

We reserve the right to require signature confirmation or other proof of delivery for any order, at our sole discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, orders of high value, orders flagged during our order review process, or repeat delivery exception situations. We are not responsible for delivery delays resulting from a failed delivery confirmation attempt.

International Shipping

International orders are processed and shipped on a case-by-case basis. Shipping methods, costs, and delivery timeframes will be determined after the order is placed. Customers will be notified of applicable shipping details before the order is finalized.

03Shipping Eligibility and Restrictions

We primarily ship within the United States. We do not routinely ship to:

  • International addresses
  • APO / FPO / DPO military addresses

Shipping to the above addresses may be approved on a case-by-case basis. If you require delivery to one of the locations listed above, please contact us at contact@genpeptide.com or submit an inquiry through our Contact page prior to placing your order. Please note that shipments to these addresses, or others not routinely accessed by UPS, may require us to select an alternative suitable carrier or shipping method (e.g., USPS).

International shipments are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are seeking shipment to a location outside of the United States, please contact us at contact@genpeptide.com or submit an inquiry through our contact page prior to placing your order.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not comply with the shipping restrictions outlined in this section.

04Delivery Estimates

Delivery timeframes provided by shipping carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather events
  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Incorrect address information
  • Acts beyond our control

05Combined Shipments

If multiple orders are placed by the same customer using the same name and shipping address, and such orders are scheduled to be shipped in the same shipment batch, we reserve the right to combine those orders into a single shipment.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that eligible orders may be consolidated and fulfilled in a single package.

06Service Upgrades

In certain circumstances and at our sole discretion, we may upgrade a shipment to a faster delivery method at no additional cost to the customer. Such upgrades are not guaranteed and are determined on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate shipping method for each order (including shipping with a different carrier, such as USPS or FedEx).

07Risk of Loss and Title Transfer

Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon transfer of the shipment to the carrier. Once an order has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, the shipment is under the carrier's responsibility.

08Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered:

  • The customer must contact us immediately.
  • If a shipping label has already been generated, address modifications may need to be completed directly through UPS, subject to UPS verification procedures.
  • Customers must notify us of any requested address changes.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

09Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered, it will be considered delivered. If a customer believes a package was stolen or misdelivered, they must:

  • Contact the carrier directly
  • File a carrier claim
  • Provide supporting documentation (e.g., a police report)

Reshipment may be considered on a case-by-case basis following carrier investigation and documentation review.

10Lost Packages in Transit

If a package is lost in transit and tracking does not show delivery, customers must contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate. Replacement shipments may be issued on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

11Insurance

We do not automatically insure shipments beyond the coverage provided by the carrier.

12Order Review and Verification

We reserve the right to delay, refuse, or cancel any order that appears fraudulent, triggers risk monitoring, contains inconsistent information, or cannot be verified.

13Packaging

Orders are shipped in non-descript packaging. The return address will list GP Research.
