Affiliate Help and Support

✅ 1. Signing Up for the Affiliate Program

  1. Visit the affiliate registration page on the website by clicking on the Affiliate Area link in the main menu
  2. Fill out the form, including:
    • Name
    • Username
    • Email
    • Payment email
    • Website or social media (if required)
  3. Submit the application and await approval by moderator

🔐 2. Accessing Your Affiliate Dashboard

Once approved, go to the Affiliate Dashboard by clicking on the ‘Affiliate Area’ link in the main menu

You can log in using your account email and password.
Your dashboard includes:

  • Referral URL generator
  • Statistics
  • Graphs
  • Referrals earned
  • Visits
  • Payouts
  •  

🔗 3. Creating Your Affiliate Referral Links

In the dashboard, look for the Referral URL Generator.

How to create your link:

  1. Enter any page URL (optional — homepage is default).
  2. Your unique affiliate ID or username is automatically added.
  3. Copy the generated link.

For example:

https://example.com/?ref=123

or

https://example.com/product-name/?ref=username

Share these links anywhere you promote:
✔ Social media
✔ Email newsletters
✔ Your website/blog
✔ Youtube descriptions
✔ Direct messages

 

📈 4. Tracking Clicks, Referrals, and Earnings

Your dashboard gives you real‑time stats:

Visits

Shows how many people clicked your referral links.

Referrals

Displays all successful referral actions (e.g., purchases, sign‑ups).

Each referral will show:

  • Amount earned
  • Status: Pending, Rejected, or Unpaid

Statistics & Graphs

View performance trends over time.

💵 5. Getting Paid

Payout Requirements:

  • In the Affiliate area dashboard, click on the settings tab to sign up for ‘Payouts Services Account’. This is how we will pay you
  • There is a 30 day Pending referral holding period
  • If at any point during the 30 day, customer refunds or chargebacks, you will lose your referral pay for that transaction

Payment Status:

  • Unpaid → Awaiting payout
  • Paid → Completed payout
  • Rejected → Not eligible
