Returns and Refund Policy

GenPeptide.com is operated by Debonaire LLC d/b/a GP Research. This Returns & Refund Policy outlines the limited circumstances under which refunds or replacements may be issued.
Due to the sensitive nature of our research-use-only (RUO) products and strict quality control standards, all sales are considered final except as expressly stated below.
1. Non-Returnable Products
For safety, compliance, and quality assurance reasons:
- Products that have been opened, altered, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund.
- Products removed from their original sealed condition are not eligible for return.
- We do not accept returns based on buyer’s remorse, ordering errors, misunderstanding of product specifications, or improper storage after delivery.
All products are sold strictly for in vitro laboratory research use only and are not intended for human or veterinary use.
2. Eligible Issues
We may provide a replacement or refund in the following limited circumstances:
- Damaged products received
- Incorrect items received
- Missing items
- Lost packages in transit (as defined below)
All claims are subject to review and approval at our discretion.
3. Reporting Timeframes
- Damaged, incorrect, or missing items: Must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
- Lost packages: Must be reported within 72 hours of the expected delivery date.
Failure to report within these timeframes may result in denial of the claim.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
As stated in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment. If tracking indicates that a package was delivered but the customer believes it was stolen or misdelivered, the customer must:
- Contact UPS directly
- File a carrier claim
- Provide supporting documentation, which may include a police report
Replacement or refund may be considered only after carrier investigation and documentation review. Packages confirmed lost in transit (not marked delivered) may be replaced or refunded following carrier verification.
5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To request review of an eligible issue, email contact@genpeptide.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photo and/or video evidence (if applicable)
6. Refund Processing
If a claim is approved:
- Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- If return shipment is required and approved, we will provide instructions.
7. Package Refusal
If a package is refused and returned to us, a refund may be issued minus original shipping costs, provided the items are received back in intact, unopened condition.
8. Order Review and Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests in cases of repeated claims, abuse of replacement policies, inconsistent or unverifiable claims, or fraud indicators.
9. Product Quality Concerns
If a concern is raised regarding product purity or performance within its intended in vitro laboratory research use, the customer must contact us directly for review. Claims arising from misuse or use outside of stated research purposes are not eligible for refund.
10. Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact us directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their financial institution. We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns in good faith.
Customers who submit a chargeback will be blacklisted from future orders with GenPeptide.
